In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our client embraced remote working and made the strategic choice to transform their garage into a purpose-built home office. Concurrently, seizing the opportunity for further home improvements, namely internal renovations to rejuvenate the family kitchen and deciding upon a modest rear extension to increase living space.

Consultation with the planning department to ensure all proposed alterations aligned with permitted development guidelines. Subsequently, we created a detailed drawing package suitable for a full building control application. Additionally, we seamlessly coordinated with project structural engineer to ensure harmonious integration of all design elements.
