By engaging in discussions with the local planning authority, we successfully negotiated a modification to the existing planning permission. This variation allowed for the modernization of the previously approved design and the utilization of another dilapidated structure on the property.

Upon securing approval for the variation, we proceeded to develop a comprehensive set of construction and building control drawings, facilitating the commencement of work on-site.
