Nestled in the green countryside on the outskirts of Bewdley, within touching distance of the Wyre Forest, we were asked by our client to investigate the possibility of building a new family home in place of their existing crumbling Farmhouse.

We agreed to undertake a feasibility study to look at several options, designs and styles to gauge what they would like to achieve, what was possible with the space and how we could incorporate the challenging contours of the land.

Eventually we agreed on a scheme in principle that we could submit to the local council for pre-application advice and to open discussions with local stakeholders.
